1. Scope
This Privacy Policy explains how SMALL HOUSE DAYS handles information when you visit this informational website. It applies to the website at smallhousedays.com and not to independent websites that may be linked from our articles.
2. Information processed to run the site
The site is hosted through Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare and related delivery or security services may process technical information needed to deliver and protect the site. This can include IP address, browser and device information, requested pages, referring page, timestamps, diagnostic data and approximate location derived from an IP address.
The current site does not offer reader accounts, comments, payments, user profiles, a contact form, user uploads or an email subscription service. If you email us, we receive the address and information you choose to send so that we can respond to your request.
3. Google Analytics
If you choose “Allow analytics,” the site loads Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate use, such as page views, session activity, browser and device information, approximate location and traffic sources. Google Analytics may use cookies and similar technologies, including the _ga cookie, to distinguish browsers and sessions. If you decline, the site does not load the Google Analytics tag. Your choice is saved in this browser using local storage; you can reopen “Privacy choices” in the footer to change it. We use analytics reports to maintain, measure and improve the site; we do not intentionally send Google Analytics information that directly identifies you, such as an email address or telephone number.
Google processes Analytics information under its own terms and privacy practices. You can learn more at Google's Privacy Policy. You can change your choice through “Privacy choices” in the footer and delete cookies through your browser settings. A change from allow to decline prevents the tag from loading on the next page load; it does not delete information already collected by Google. Google may provide other controls where applicable.
4. Advertising and ads.txt
The site publishes an ads.txt file that identifies Google as an authorized seller for this domain. An ads.txt file is an authorization record; it does not by itself display advertising or place advertising cookies on a visitor's device.
As of this update, the site does not embed Google AdSense ad code or intentionally display third-party advertising. If advertising, personalized advertising, affiliate links, sponsorships or similar monetization features are enabled later, this policy will be updated to identify the relevant services, purposes and available choices before or when those features are introduced.

Reasonable safeguards may be used, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security. Information may be processed in countries where our service providers operate.

SMALL HOUSE DAYS is a general-audience home and lifestyle information site. It is not directed to children and does not knowingly seek personal information from children.
